The Challenge
Kalpanik Digital is a creative studio in Kolkata that works with brands like Emami, Zee TV and Ovaltine. Their output is constant — a Durga Puja campaign, an IPL event shoot, a new logo, a title design for a television show. Every month produces work worth showing.
The problem with a creative agency's website is that it goes stale faster than any other kind. A new project finishes, and unless someone edits the site, the site quietly stops representing the studio. For a business whose entire pitch is look what we make, an out-of-date portfolio is worse than no portfolio.
They didn't want to send a developer a message every time they finished a job. They needed to add a case study, drop in fifteen gallery images from an event, put up a new client logo, or publish a testimonial — themselves, that afternoon, without touching code.
And it had to rank. A studio that sells SEO as a service cannot have a website that search engines struggle with.
The Biznexa Solution
We built a website where nearly everything on the page is content the team controls.
A custom admin panel behind every section. Case studies, gallery, client logos, testimonials, team members, services, FAQs and blog posts are all managed from one dashboard. Even the counters on the homepage — projects completed, happy clients, years of experience — are editable fields, so the numbers stay current without a developer.
A case study system with its own pages. Each project lives at a clean address like /case-study/dakshinpara-durgotsab-2025, tagged by discipline — branding, web design, UI/UX, logo, film. That means a single project can be shared as a link, and each one adds a page that search engines can index independently. The portfolio compounds instead of sitting in one long scroll.
A gallery built for volume. Work is uploaded in batches and grouped by category, so a full IPL event shoot or an entire Puja campaign goes up in one sitting.
Search visibility engineered in from the start. Every page carries a proper title, meta description, canonical link, and Open Graph and Twitter card tags — so when the team shares a case study on WhatsApp or LinkedIn, it renders with the right image and headline instead of a bare URL. Service pages sit at readable addresses like /services/branding rather than query strings.
An FAQ section that answers real questions. Where they're located, how long a logo takes, whether they work outside Kolkata. Plain answers on the homepage, which is exactly the format search engines and AI assistants pull from when someone asks those questions.
A design that carries the brand. Purple-to-blue gradients, a full-screen rotating hero, animated counters, and a fully responsive mobile build — because a creative studio is judged on how its own site looks before anyone reads a word of it.
The result: a studio that updates its own portfolio the week the work ships.
